Meal Plan Masterclass
180 minutes - minimum 4 participants - $90 per person
Do you start the week off strong, then end up ordering takeout as
the week progresses? Do you struggle with meal planning and meal
prepping? Do you wonder what steps can be done beforehand?
This masterclass will lead you through developing your own meal
plans, suited towards your life and specific needs. We will create
at least one weekly meal plan from scratch, including the meal prep
schedule - using the tools/cookbooks we already have at home.
We will also discuss how to store produce for optimal freshness.
